high quality custom machined parts and components to our customer's requirement.
Utilizing the most accurate and productive equipment allows us to
produce the highest quality products in the most efficient manner.
We use the following CNC machinery to produce precision, custom machined parts
- (2) CNC Vertical Machining Centers 18" x 20" x 20" w/pallets.
- (1) CNC Vertical Machining Center w/24" programmable 4th axis
53" x 25" x 28" (x,y,z).
- (1) CNC Vertical Machining Center 60" x 40" x 26" w/24" rotary
table.
- (1) CNC Turning Center 8" x 20" w/live tooling.
- (1) CNC Turning Center 8" x 22".
- (1) CNC Turning Center 24" x 80".
- (1) CNC Turning Center 24" x 60".
- A full complement of conventional machine tools, saws, grinders,
drills, welding, and surface finishing equipment.
- Quality Control to Mil 45208
- Coordinate Measuring Machine
